Site work for a water / sewer project in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Drain pipe lining installation is required at the Weather Forecast Office (WFO) for the National Weather Service in North Charleston, South Carolina. The work is being procured as a commercial construction requirement and is set aside exclusively for small businesses. The project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) Wage Determination requirements. Contractors must comply with all quotation submission instructions provided in Section 6 of the RFQ, and proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria identified in Section 7. Quotations that do not meet the stated submission requirements will be considered non-responsive. SBE (100%) Period of performance is 60 days from Notice to Proceed. Location- Weather Forecast Office CHS - 5777 South Aviation Avenue North Charleston, SC 29406 Any questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted electronically through FedConnect by 12:00pm PDT on September 7, 2026.
