The City of Albany hereby extends a request for quotations to interested contractors for the site preparation and foundation installation for the Fire Training Tower at Fire Station 12, in Albany. This project is part of a larger construction project for the installation of the tower and exceeds $100,000. Prevailing wages will be applicable to the foundation preparation for the Tower Project. This procurement is being made in accordance ORS 279C.412, competitive quotes for intermediate procurements. No federal funds are being used. Construction Estimate: $40,000 Site preparation and foundation installation for the Fire Training Tower Question Deadline 09/18/2026 at 12:00 PM PT Quotations received after the closing date and time will not be opened or reviewed. The body of the quotation must plainly identify ( 1 ) the project name, (2) the bid opening time and date, (3) the bidder's name, and (4) the contractor's license number (per ORS 701). Bid totals will be distributed to all interested bidders.
