Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Sleepy Hollow, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Description of Work: This proposed improvement will consist of replacement of water main from Locust Drive to Thorobred Lane along Hillcrest Drive, final landscaping restoration of the project area, and other appurtenant work. The installation will be approximately 2,904 linear feet of C900 Certa-Lok 8 inch PVC Watermain (alternate HDPE DR11, 8" Watermain) installed by directional bore method, including fire hydrants, valves, water services, and other miscellaneous items of work. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond.
