This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12FPC326Q0056 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Assunpink Creek Site 8 Dam Rehab for NRCS-NJ office. The objectives of this project are to rehabilitate the dam to meet or exceed state and federal dam safety criteria and to maintain the current level of flood protection provided by Assunpink Creek Watershed Dam Site # 8 by implementing the established design for rehabilitation. The Assunpink Creek Watershed Dam Site # 8 is located in Hamilton Township, Mercer County, New Jersey. The Assunpink Creek Watershed Dam Site # 8 is owned and operated by Hamilton Township. Rehabilitation of dam to meet state and federal safety criteria and maintain flood protection.
