Question Deadline 10/02/2026 at 12:00 PM CT Questions about the specific solicitation shall be submitted to bids@tips-usa.com with the subject line "260902 Permanent Modular JOC - Vendor Question". It is the intention of TIPS, as a Department of Region 8 ESC, to contract with quality vendors to supply installation and construction of permanent modular buildings to public entities and qualifying non-profit TIPS Members in the United States. Proposals shall include, but not be limited to, permanent modular building installation and construction projects amounting to a "public work." Proposals should include all listings of permanent modular building installation and construction projects that Vendor seeks to offer under the contract. Do not propose offerings that are not considered permanent modular building installation and construction projects. Vendor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision, management and shall perform all operations necessary and required for the TIPS sale. All work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements set forth in any Supplemental Agreement with a TIPS Member Customer
