This project generally consists of: Tree protection, earthwork, utilities, storm drainage, vehicular paving (parking lot), pedestrian paving, gateway sign, stage and pavilion, open synthetic lawn, BBQ smoker metal cover, site electrical and lighting, landscape improvements, irrigation, and coordination with work to be done by Others. Work by Others to include the addition of restaurant containers, restroom containers, containers sign, and storage containers. Questions regarding distribution of Contract Documents and design related questions for this project shall be directed to Iridian Carrasco, ircarrasco@parkhill.com, at Parkhill. All questions concerning this project shall be submitted by 5:00 PM on Thursday, September 17, 2026. Any questions submitted after this time and date will not be addressed. Bid security in the sum of 5 percent of the total bid amount and in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or Surety Proposal Bond, shall accompany all bids as stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders. The City of Fate reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the Bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all Bids, and/or waive formalities.
