GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Reconstruction of 38,000 SY of asphalt roadway, replacement of 4800 LF of 8" and 12" water main and lining of 1800 LF of 8" sanitary sewer main in 5 different neighborhood locations on the south side of Denton. PROJECT BUDGET The current budget for the project is approximately $9 million dollars ($ 9,000,000), including without limitation, construction services, design services, soft costs, and right of ways required to deliver the projects per the Contract Documents.
