Site work for a mixed-use development in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following work: Constructing the Rainey and Centennial Park associated levee improvements along the Portneuf River, as well as the Rainey and Centennial Park improvements. This project is funded through the US Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation, pursuant to the Section 9504(a) of the SECURE WATER ACT, subtitle F of Title IX of the OMNIBUS PUBLIC LAND MANAGEMENT ACT OF 2009, Public Law 111-11 (42 U.S.C 10364) as amended (the "SECURE Water Act") and must adhere to all federal funding award requirements. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Code Title 67, Chapter 28 (Purchasing by Political Subdivisions}, the City of Pocatello Purchasing Policies, 2 CFR 200, and other applicable federal requirements per the Bureau of Reclamation grant. Those provisions are hereby incorporated by reference into the bid documents. Section 3, disadvantaged business enterprises, minority owned businesses, and women owned businesses are especially encouraged to apply.
