The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of construction and renovation of Clayton Hall Roof Replacement, located at 18513 70 Ave, Surrey, British Columbia. The Work consists of the removal and disposal of the existing roofing system and associated components, and the installation of a new SBS modified bituminous roofing system, including new insulation, vapour barrier, drains, flashings, sheet metal , overflow scuppers, rooftop accessory modifications, and all related roofing, mechanical , and electrical work as identified in the attached specifications and drawings.
