Chemistry Building Renovation Question Deadline 09/18/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Question submitted Electronically New Mexico State University (NMSU) is seeking a qualified Design Professional to provide all professional architectural and engineering services necessary for the planning, programming, design, and documentation activities associated with the Chemistry Building Project for the NMSU Chemistry Building. Future phases may be awarded upon receipt of funding. The renovated facility will function as a classroom, and laboratory building supporting students and faculty. The scope of work can be any combination of demolition, renovation, new building, and/or addition. The Design Professional shall furnish all labor, supervision, professional expertise, technical services, consultations, engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, studies, analyses, coordination efforts, and related services required to complete the Project in accordance with applicable laws, codes, standards, and University requirements.
