Renovation of a municipal facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Work includes disturbance of roofing materials containing asbestos fibers. If a variance to Industrial Code Rule No. 56 is sought, do not perform the roofing and related Work until the variance is received from the New York State Department of Labor. Do not perform Work requiring shut off of active heating piping and equipment on or after October 15th and up to, but not including May 1st unless approved otherwise, in writing, by the Director. The Work includes abatement of asbestos-containing materials. Do not perform other Work in the area of such activity during the abatement of asbestos-containing materials. Replacement of elevator equipment at the Centralized Services Building. Bonds: $43,700 Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
