CR#: 2138786 Franklin County Manager's Office, herein called the Owner, invites the submission of sealed bids for the Installation of Equipment Shelters and Point-of-Presence (POP) Infrastructure - Municipal Infrastructure Program (MIP) Phase 3 (RFB #26-0921-1). The project consists of the installation of a telecommunications equipment shelter, equipment racks, generators, and associated site civil and electrical work at two (2) sites in Franklin County, New York, as part of the New York State Connect ALL Municipal Infrastructure Program (MIP3): Site 1 - DSS Building, 184 Finney Blvd, Malone, NY 12953 (outdoor shelter installation); and Site 2 - Westville Fire Department, 3827 State Route 37, Constable, NY 12926 (indoor rack installation within existing building). The County of Franklin will furnish equipment shelters, diesel generators, HVAC units, and other major equipment items as identified in the Owner-Furnished Materials Schedule. The Contractor shall be responsible for all civil work, installation, connections, commissioning, and all materials not identified as County-furnished.
