Assessment, modernization, and/or replacement of the North Passenger Elevator, including controllers, drives, mechanical equipment, door systems, safety equipment, code upgrades, and accessibility improvements. LWHA is seeking a qualified and experienced elevator contractor to assess, modernize and/or replace the existing North Passenger Elevator located at Wingham & District Hospital. The elevator currently serves four floors and is a critical component of hospital operations supporting patient movement, staff transportation, visitor access, and the movement of equipment and materials throughout the facility. The successful Proponent shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, project management, permits, inspections, testing, commissioning, regulatory approvals, documentation, training, and other services required to deliver a complete, safe, code-compliant, and fully operational elevator solution.
