The County of Greenville is seeking qualified vendors to remove and replace sidewalks in Shoeless Joe Jackson Memorial Park. Scope of Work 8' Sidewalk - Baldwin Street to Existing Pedestrian Bridge Removal and off-site disposal of approximately 350 linear feet of existing 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk and two (2) 4'x6' brick walls. Install approximately 350 linear feet of 8-foot wide concrete sidewalk (4" thick with welded wire mesh) from roadway to existing pedestrian bridge. Connection to roadway should include concrete apron curb ramp for pedestrian access with red truncated dome mats (quantity 2). County will root prune trees where necessary; contractor will remove intruding roots before installing new concrete. Contractor to remove section of fence or access gate in coordination with County to achieve new 8' wide path connection. 5' Sidewalk - Parking Lot to Brushy Creek Pedestrian Bridge Removal and off-site disposal of approximately 250 linear feet of existing 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk Install approximately 250 linear feet 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk (4" thick with welded wire mesh ) from parking lot to existing pedestrian bridge. Connection to parking lot should include a red truncated dome mat (quantity 1). 5' Sidewalk - Road to Outfield Pavers Removal and off-site disposal of approximately 280 linear feet of existing 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk. Install approximately 280 linear feet 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk (6" thick with welded wire mesh) from parking lot to existing pedestrian bridge.
