Description: 1. Seal , crack fill & stripe all areas labeled in diagram on page 4. 2. Clean cracks to be filled, remove & dispose of all grass & debris off site. 3. Clean entire area using power router/blower, fill cracks with hot pour rubberized crack filler banding sides of cracks as they are filled to prevent water penetration & subsurface erosion. 4. Clean entire area, apply two (2) coats if Superior Gemseal Black Diamond XL Heavy Duty Pavement Sealer, using spray application. Mix silica sand thoroughly with seal prior to spraying to prevent slick surfaces after rains. 5. Area must be blocked/roped off until area is ready for traffic. 6. Repaint curbing to match pre-existing curb (yellow: fire lanes, red w/ white lettering) 7. Parking spaces repainted to match pre-existing lines. 8. Handicap spaces required (handicap blue) to match pre-existing lines. 9. All directional arrows repainted to match pre-existing arrows. 10. All sidewalk ramps repainted to match pre-existing color. 11. All measurement will be the responsibility of the contractor. 12. All speed bumps removed , then put back in place. 13. Site visit upon request. 14. Before leaving each day, site must be cleaned up and all trash disposed of off-site. 15. All debris must be removed & disposed of off site. 16. No tobacco products of any kind on school grounds 24/7/365 17. Start date: October 31 , 2026 18. Completion date: November 3, 2026 19.
