Renovation of a military facility in Rome, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and military facility.
Commercial products or commercial services are required as detailed in the attached Standard Form 1442 and supporting solicitation documents. Work, line-item descriptions, period of performance, place of performance, technical requirements, provisions, clauses, and all associated contract requirements are contained in the attached solicitation package. Offerors must submit pricing using the provided Price Schedule and provide past performance information for up to five contracts completed within the last five years. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and past performance, with past performance being significantly more important than price. Construction services to include constructing clean rooms and support spaces, including structural , general construction, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electric systems and incidental related work to renovate the H8 Laboratory in building 3.
