All technical questions may be submitted to the Project Manager in ePro, via e-mail and in writing SCOPE OF WORK: The work consists of drilling and developing a new non-potable irrigation well within Prado Regional Park, located at 16700 Euclid Avenue in Chino, California. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to complete the drilling and development operations in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. Work includes mobilizing and preparing the site, installing temporary safety measures, drilling the well bore with conductor casing, maintaining a clean work area, collecting drill cuttings, and coordinating continuous lithologic and geologic logging with County staff. After drilling, the Contractor will conduct aquifer testing-such as water level measurements, water quality sampling, and limited pumping tests-- and then fully develop the well using approved mechanical or pumping methods until production and water clarity meet specifications. The Contractor must manage purge water, assist with regulatory sampling, and comply with all environmental requirements related to dust, noise, stormwater, and waste disposal.
