Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Closing Time: 2:00 PM NT ** Please note that there has been 1 addendum issued for this project. ** The project generally involves the replacement and modification of existing Water Treatment plant programmable logic controller (PLC) control systems complete with installation of equipment, electrical, instrumentation & controls, testing, programming, integration, commissioning & operator training. Decommissioning and demolition of existing process equipment is also a part of the Work along with all Work as shown on the Project Drawings and as specified herein. The existing Water Treatment Plant must remain operational for the duration of the Work. The WTP has the ability to be operate locally by operations for a maximum of eight (8) hour window per day. WTP must be returned to PLC operation before end of day. Schedule breaking down work scope and outage windows to be provided to owner and operations for review. Once the Hydrated lime PLC has been upgraded and commissioned, work on the WTP PLC may proceed.
