Question Deadline 09/21/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Work of this Contract comprises the modification of the access doors, and creation of a new exit door in the air handling unit cold-deck space of the building: Demolition as required; Modification of an exiting metal stair to enlarge the top platform; Installation of a new exit door and hardware; Installation of a new door between the AHU chambers; Associated electrical work, including installation of new running man exit signs; Full abatement procedures for hazardous materials outlined in the DSR including air testing; All other work necessary to provide a complete project as shown on the drawings
