Site work for a water / sewer project in Royal City, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a potable water well to a total depth of approximately 1,195 feet below ground surface, consisting of approximately 50 feet of 22-inch grouted casing, 852 feet of 16-inch grouted casing, 345 feet of 16-inch diameter open hole well, well pump testing, and water quality testing. The Project has an expected duration of 150 days. The Contractor will be subject to the higher of Davis Bacon Wage Rates or Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Projects and to EEO, Washington State Contracting Laws, etc. The City of Royal City retains the right to reject any and all bids. Construction MBE (10%), WBE (6%) Supplies - MBE 8, WBE -4 Equipment - MBE 8, WBE - 4 Purchased Services - MBE - 10, WBE -4 Completion- 150 days Q/A:- Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
