Description

Site work, asbestos abatement and new construction of a water / sewer project in Ocean Shores, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for asbestos abatement for a water / sewer project.

The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work for Ensign Main Replacement, including but not limited to main installation, service taps, asbestos testing and disposal, hydrant assembly replacements, and restoration services. Contract limits will cover Ensign Ave NW water main replacement from Ocean Shores Blvd. NW to Pacific Ave NW, Frigate St. NW water main replacement from Ocean Shores Blvd NW to Gull St. NW, and Gull St. NW between Frigate St NW and Ensign Ave NW. Refer to drawing Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. All questions or requests for interpretation regarding this project, the Invitation to Bid, or Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to Jenny Belcher at jbelcher@osgov.com no later than 3:00 PM on September 10, 2026. Questions or requests for interpretation submitted verbally (via phone or in-person) will not be accepted or responded to.
