The proposed work shall be for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials and supervision for construction in Clark County as follows: This Contract provides for the improvement of the Hockinson High School's JV Softball Field. The Project includes grading, paving, fencing, storm drainage, grass sod , irrigation and structures including two dugouts and other elements as shown on the plans. 1 . Protecting existing trees and vegetation to remain 2. Specifications for salvaging cleared tree material for reuse on site as nurse log site elements. 3. Removing trees and other vegetation. 4. Clearing and grubbing 5. Dust stripping and stockpiling 6. Removing above-grade improvements 7. Disconnecting, capping or sealing, and abandoning site utilities in place. 8. Disconnection, capping or sealing, and removing site utilities. The Hockinson School District is proposing to construct a new junior varsity (JV) softball field within the existing 39-acre Hockinson High School campus at 16819 NE 159th Street (Tax Lot197409000). The project includes a clay infield, grass outfield, dugouts, pitching cages, spectator seating, fencing, and minor grading and drainage improvements. All work is located internal to the school property, which is zoned Rural-5 (R-5), and no changes to access, circulation, utilities, or parking are proposed. The softball field is an accessory use to the existing school facilities.
