Market research is being conducted to identify potential sources that can provide a solution that meets or is comparable to the characteristics specified in Attachment 1 under NAICS code 332321. Information is being requested from businesses with 750 employees or fewer to assess interest and capability. Responses are voluntary and will be used solely for market research purposes. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with preparing or submitting information. Submission requirements and additional details are provided in the attachments. Submit any and all questions regarding this requirement no later than 3 September 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Mountain Time.
