Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a 16-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Contractor shall demolish and remove existing guard booths located at perimeter entry/exit Gates 2 and 3 at the IRS Austin Campus (see attached map). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to deliver and install two (2) 4 x 4 Durasteel, bullet-resistant guard booths meeting Interagency Security Committee (ISC) Level IV or higher standards. The Contractor is responsible for field measurements, verification of site conditions, and full compliance with this SOW. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to Contract Specialist Dr. Carolyn Bennett at carolyn.d.bennett@irs.gov by September 08, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. EST. Demolition and removal of existing guard booths and furnishing and installation of two new bullet-resistant guard booths.
