Provide engineering and technical support services to support the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) Engineering Department (Code 200) in delivering Fleet Technical Assistance (FTA), assessment events, and Contract Management Oversight (CMO) for U.S. Navy ships and submarines. Services include technical support, maintenance, repair, assessment execution, coordination, troubleshooting, and contract management support across SWRMC's functional areas of responsibility, referred to as its Pillars of Support. Support shall be provided using a cost-effective mix of qualified personnel capable of responding to both planned and emergent maintenance requirements. The contractor shall furnish the full range of technical expertise necessary to support intermediate-level ship maintenance and repairs, oversight of major depot-level shipyard maintenance and repairs, and engineering assistance required to sustain operational readiness of the U.S. Navy Pacific Fleet. Work requires an adaptable and flexible workforce capable of providing timely engineering, maintenance, repair, assessment, and coordination services in support of naval vessels and related maintenance activities.
