Renovation of a municipal facility in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to perform the Main Treasury Paint Soffit with Epoxy Gray project. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract. This procurement is a small business set-aside. Main Treasury Soffit East Side: (approximately 424 LF) a. On the east side soffit (approximately 424 lineal feet) prep, prime and apply epoxy Main Treasury Soffit West Side: (approximately 424 LF) Approximately 212 lineal feet prep, primer and apply epoxy. Another approximately 212 lineal feet x 3 square feet ( 636 sf) - scrap, remove existing paint and apply primer and epoxy. Main Treasury Soffit South Side: (approximately 270 LF) Approximately 135 lineal feet 3 feet side to remove existing paint. Then (for total 405 square feet) apply primer and epoxy. Another 135 lineal feet - prep, apply primer and epoxy. Main Treasury Soffit South Side: ( approximately 320 LF) On the South side soffit (approximately 320 lineal feet ) prep, prime and apply epoxy Questions regarding the requirement must be submitted by September 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Quotes are due by September 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST. The contractor shall utilize the attached U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination, General Decision Number 2015-4281, dated August 22, 2026. Site visit information is provided on page 49 of the solicitation documents.
