The work involves the demolition of two existing public park restrooms and preparation of the sites for the installation of new prefabricated restrooms. Work involves the installation of a structural foundation , temporarily capping and rerouting of existing utilities; installation of a sewer lift station ; reconnection of existing site utilities to prefabricated restrooms within approximately five feet of the restroom structures, and all other necessary work as specified in the drawings and specifications provided in the contract documents. The City has a contract with Public Restroom Company (PRC) for the purchase and installation of the prefabricated restrooms. The contractor performing the site work shall coordinate with Public Restroom Company the routing of utilities, the alignment and placement of PRC's restroom's 8" concrete pad on top of contractor installed structural foundation and alignment with lift station; and any other required scope that affect the installation of the restrooms by Public Restroom Company. It will be the contractor's responsibility to anchor the 8" prefabricated concrete pad to the structural foundation.
