furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, appliances, equipment, services, etc., necessary for Loadometer Station Renovation, Boone County I-71 Southbound, Mile 75, Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Walton, Kentucky, as set forth in the specifications and as shown on the drawings prepared by Ben Gallagher, Gallagher Office of Architecture LLC, Grant Wilson, E-Tech Consultants, and approved by the Department for Facilities and Support Services of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and under the terms and conditions to this Request for Bid. Estimated Length of Project: 120 (Substantial Completion) + 30 (Final Completion) The Work includes a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation of the South Bound Weigh Station Building on I-71 south of Walton, KY. Existing flooring, rubber base, and acoustic ceiling systems to be removed and replaced with high performance coating. All laminate clad cabinetry to be replaced. Wall partitions to be painted. All hollow metal doors to be replaced. All aluminum storefront system to be replaced. HVAC system to be replaced. All plumbing fixtures to be replaced, waste lines to be replaced. Existing roof, gutter, fascia, soffits, and downspouts to be replaced. Electrical devices and conductors to be replaced, new circuits installed as indicated, existing conduit typically to remain. Lift Station to be renovated, Truck Haven building to have roof replaced, and In-Line Macerator Grinder Pump to be installed as Additive Alternates.
