Reference Number NB-EDM-2026-023 A Bid Bond or a Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the City of Edmundston, must accompany the tender. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the accepted tender price, or a certified cheque in the amount of 20% of the accepted tender price. The performance bond and the labour and material payment bond shall be in the form prescribed by Regulation 2021-81 under the Construction Remedies Act, Tender documents regarding this contract may be obtained at the reception desk of the Edmundston City Hall, by email at plan@edmundston.ca or by calling 506-739-2125.
