Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elmira, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reference Number 00005187756 Addition of 16 new RV sites. The project generally consists of the expansion of Red Point Provincial Park to accommodate sixteen (16 ) new RV campsites, including the associated site servicing (water, sewer, electrical, & sanitary sewer lift station) and infrastructure improvements. Construction of new gravel RV pads and internal access roads, including granular base and surface materials. Extension of existing potable water, sanitary sewer and new electrical services to each new campsite, as required. Connection to existing services. Installation of a new sanitary sewer lift station, including the lift station structure, pumps, controls, associated piping, electrical service, and all other components required for a complete and operational system. Stormwater management and erosion-control measures as required. Site restoration, topsoil, seeding, and landscaping of disturbed areas. Coordination with applicable Provincial departments and authorities. Removal of debris and excess material off site and cleaning. Testing and Commissioning of all systems to meet applicable regulations. Preparation of construction As-Built drawings.
