Site work and addition to a municipal facility in Jackson Center, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility.
Construction of a new pole building addition. Description Furnish and install 100 square feet of exterior concrete sidewalks, beyond the extent shown on drawings. Comply with typical 5 1/2" thick exterior, reinforced concrete walk on 4" gravel base per Detail A5/SD1.1 and materials as specified in Section 033000. Include removal and disposal of existing lawn/earthwork and preparation of subgrade. Furnish and install 240 square yards of geogrid (subgrade stabilization fabric), as specified in Section 312000, for stabilization of unsatisfactory subgrade material , as determined by the Contractor's testing agency and Project Engineer. The Contractor's testing agency and Project Engineer shall determine if geogrid is required, as well as the quantity/limits of geogrid if required. Provide for 150 cubic yards of undercutting of unsatisfactory subgrade material , as determined by the Contractor's testing agency and Project Engineer, and furnish and install compacted AASHTO #1 backfill material as specified in Section 312000. Include disposal of undercut material off site. The Contractor's testing agency and Project Engineer shall determine if undercutting and AASHTO #1 backfill is required , as well as quantity/limits of work specified herein
