Remodeling of a theater / auditorium in Minot, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 46,041-square-foot, three-story above grade theater / auditorium.

The Project consists of the remodeling of an existing 2,530 SF auditorium in Cyril Moore Hall at Minot State University with new fixed seating and fixed tables, new risers, new A/V system, and wood ceiling. An alternate for a new accessible access for the front of the auditorium. Bid Security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Bid, including all add alternates, must accompany each Bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders 00 1000.7. Cash, Bidders Bond, cashier's checks or certified checks will not be accepted. THE OWNER reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject Bids and to hold all Bids for a period of 30 days after the date fixed for the opening thereof Question Deadline 09/17/2026 Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted by the Bidder in writing and shall be received by the Architect at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
