Site work and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Athens, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
The work to be performed under this contract shall include all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment, and insurance necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and as described herein. Community Center Gym Rehabilitation Project includes all tools, labor, materials and equipment necessary to modify the existing interior and exterior second floor brick masonry wall at the Village of Athens Community Center to accommodate the installation of a new ADA accessible lift entrance and constructing an enclosed interior vestibule connecting the lift to the building.
