Renovation of a library in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Town of Old Saybrook is requesting qualifications and proposals for Architectural Services for Renovations to the Acton Public Library. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway. Any questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted only by email to Carl P. Fortuna, Jr., First Selectman, at carl.fortuna@oldsaybrookct.gov no later than September 1, 2026 and responses will be provided by addendum posted on the State Portal no later than September 7, 2026. Under no circumstances will the Town respond to verbal requests.
