Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, machinery, equipment, and incidentals necessary to the prosecution of the work. The work will include, but is not limited to, the following pavement activities Preparation of Sub-base Repair and Maintain Patch Work Resurface Work New Pavement Asphalt pavement (pricing per yard) Concrete pavement (pricing per yard) Curb and Gutter Construction: Construction, repair, and replacement of curbs and gutters, ensuring all installations include the proper structural reinforcement. Structural Reinforcement: All concrete work and asphalt paving must be installed with the proper structural reinforcement (e.g., rebar, wire mesh, proper base layers) as required by the specific job to ensure long-term durability and compliance with standard engineering practices. Painting and Striping: Include all painting and striping required for the completed pavement. Material Standard: Use Type II pavement marking materials. Refer to City of Laredo Standard Technical Manual- Division D, Section 706 All pavement striping, zone marking, fire lanes, and ADA stenciling shall be executed exclusively using Gorilla Hi -Performance Acrylic Zone Marking Paint (or District-approved equivalent if required by public procurement laws).
