Demolition, site work, paving, new construction and addition to a mixed-use development in Gallatin, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Gallatin invites qualified firms in architecture and engineering to submit a Statement of Qualifications with Evidence for consideration in work with the City of Gallatin on multiple Parks and Recreations projects including: evaluation for a renovation or addition to the Gallatin Civic Center and design of such, new concessions stand, new soccer field complex, new park restroom facilities, ADA improvements to sidewalks and related, and other ancillary design recommendations. All questions must be submitted via email to scott.beaman@gallatintn.gov no later than 2 p.m. CDT on Thursday, September 10, 2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
