Description

Site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Consulting services for the planning, siting, design, and construction implementation of an aircraft compass swing/calibration area, and the assessment and replacement of airfield mandatory instruction and information guidance signs including LED technology upgrades. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com Question Acceptance Deadline 2026/10/02 02:00:00 PM EDT Event Note Attendance is non-mandatory but strongly encouraged. Proponents wishing to attend shall register no later than Monday, September 14, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. EDT by contacting Ryan Brading at ryan.brading@flyqt.ca. A maximum of two (2) attendees per Proponent is permitted. Valid photo identification is required for visitor pass issuance. Attendees shall wear CSA-approved safety footwear and high-visibility vests. Photography is permitted only with express TBIAAI permission. Security-sensitive areas and systems shall not be photographed. The site visit may include controlled airside areas and is subject to Airport Operations, Security, weather and operational availability. Information provided orally during the site visit is not binding unless confirmed by Addendum.
