Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,650-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Roof removal and replacement of approximately 5,650 square feet of roof decking, flashing, and shingles. Modification of existing soffits to add ventilation, installation of baffled rafter vents, and installation of automatic attic exhaust fans, vents, and thermostats. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents Question Deadline 09/18/2026 Bidders who return full sets of the Contract Specifications and drawings/Flash Drive n good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund .
