Identify and document all defects, including obstructions, protruding laterals, collapses, infiltration, joint separations, and structural failures. o Provide and deliver all materials associated with sliplining, CIPP liners, spray lining epoxy systems, grout, resin, accessories, and connection hardware. Materials shall conform to relevant ASTM standards (F1216, F1743, F2019, D5813, etc.). o Implement approved trenchless technologies, including: Sliplining (HDPE, GRP, PVC, fusible PVC), CIPP rehabilitation, Spray-Applied Pipe Lining (SAPL/SIPP), and other approved trenchless methods (Pipe Bursting, Spiral Wound, Form-and-Fold). o Prepare pipeline interior: root cutting, high-pressure jetting, descaling, and surface conditioning per lining manufacturer. o Install lining systems ensuring continuous watertight liner, proper curing method (steam, hot water, UV, ambient), and annular space grouting for sliplining o Perform bypass pumping where required to maintain system functionality; submit a full bypass pumping plan where applicable. o Conduct testing and inspections jointly with City inspectors : post-installation CCTV, pressure/deflection tests (if required), service lateral reinstatements. oRestore work areas, including pavement, landscaping, and disturbed surfaces to City standards. o Provide documentation including daily reports, installation logs, material certifications, and final completion report with photos.
