Provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and transportation necessary to locate, identify, mark, and digitize in Computer Aided Design (CAD) format the underground utilities located on the grounds of areas identified by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Services include underground utility locating, mapping, marking, and CAD documentation of utilities at the designated project sites. Location: Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC) and U.S. National Arboretum (USNA). Questions shall be submitted via email to Sora.Jung@usda.gov and are due no later than September 10, 2026 at 02:00 PM Eastern Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email. Period of Performance: 09/30/2026 to 09/29/2027
