Demolition, site work and new construction of a military facility in Bossier City, Louisiana. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a military facility; for the construction of a 14,000-square-foot military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
Convert approximately 14,000 square feet of existing hangar space into a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), Special Access Program Facility (SAP-F), and Open Storage space within an existing hangar. The project includes design and construction activities necessary to support the conversion of the facility to meet secure operational requirements. This notice is for market research purposes only. The Government has established a Target Price Range for construction between $18,395,930.02 and $19,345,000.00 within a total programmed amount of $20,000,000.00 (or $19,500,000.00 baseline). The anticipated award for Phase 1 Design and Preconstruction Services is targeted for the second or third quarter of FY27, with an estimated period of performance of approximately 1,000 calendar days following execution of the Phase 2 construction modification. Interested firms must complete and submit the Project Delivery & Acquisition Strategy Questionnaire with their response package. Location: Hangar B6413, Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
