MnDOT requests letters of interest for preliminary and final design of ADA, sidewalk, trail, and related roadway improvements along Trunk Highway (TH) 52 between the 75th Street Interchange and the Mayowood Road overpass in Rochester. The corridor includes numerous pedestrian ramps, trail segments, frontage road connections, and intersections requiring ADA upgrades, geometric refinements, drainage review, and minor operational improvements identified during District 6 scoping. Consultant support is needed to provide the technical expertise required to develop the preliminary and final design, prepare environmental documentation, coordinate with functional groups and local partners, and deliver a complete plan set for the programmed project. Project Goal The goal of this project is to develop complete preliminary and final design plans for ADA, sidewalk, trail, drainage, geometric, and operational improvements along TH  52, including all required documentation, coordination, digital Project Specific Electronic Data (P SED) deliverables, and construction ready plans for the programmed letting.
