Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a municipal facility in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
Except as otherwise specified herein, the CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, temporary facilities, and construction expertise necessary to complete the work for the Operations South Storage Concrete Pad. The work includes saw cutting and demolishing approximately 200 linear feet by 13' 7" of existing asphalt pavement at the District's Operations Center and constructing a reinforced concrete storage pad within the limits of the removed pavement. The CONTRACTOR shall perform all work necessary to deliver a complete and functional installation, including, but not limited to, site preparation, excavation , grading, subgrade preparation, reinforcement placement, concrete placement, finishing, curing , and restoration of affected areas.
