Question Deadline 09/17/2026 5:00pm All questions relative to this Project prior to the opening of Bids shall be submitted to the following designated website: City of Santa Cruz Procurement Portal. Questions shall be received a minimum of five (5) working days prior to the above-stated Bid opening date. The Project to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation required to complete the Project, with a scope of work to generally include, but is not limited to, the following: Site 1: Demolition and repaving a portion of the existing path, demolition and removal of a portion of the existing path, construction of a wood split rail fence with gate, construction of a decomposed granite rest areas with benches and memorials, construction of a swale and connect a new catch basin to and existing storm drain, installation of a hose bib and box, vegetation restoration with a rock swash and associated grading and any other related improvements necessary to complete the project. Site 2: Demo and removal of the existing parking area, demo and removal of a portion of the existing asphalt pathway, repurpose a storm drain catch basin, construction of an asphalt paved path, construction of a decomposed granite rest area with a park bench and trash receptacle, associated grading, construction of a swale, vegetation restoration and any other related improvements necessary to complete the project Demolition and repaving of existing paths, installation of wood split rail fences, decomposed granite rest areas with benches, drainage improvements including swales and catch basin connections, grading, and vegetation restoration at two sites.
