Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a 25,000-square-foot, two-story above grade military facility.
Project scope includes but is not limited to demolition of existing shore structures and consolidation of functions into a new two-story, 25,000-square-foot flood-hardened multi-mission building; repair and reconstruction of 850 feet of seawall and bulkhead; demolition and replacement of the existing pier with a new 275-foot pier to support Coast Guard assets including cutters and patrol boats; and regrading to improve drainage and reduce flooding risk. TIMELINE: As of October 5, 2026, a design build firm has been chosen. A firm timeline to construction has not yet been announced.
