Description

Renovation of a military facility in Houston, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Replace four existing failed commercial air conditioning units that are currently exterior wall-mounted on Building R185. The systems to be replaced include three single-package wall-mounted units rated at three tons of cooling capacity each and one wall-mounted split-package unit rated at one ton of cooling capacity. The contractor shall provide and install replacement AC units equivalent to the existing manufacturer's equipment. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
