The project is to demolish modular Building 8 in its entirety. Building 8 is an approximately 3,840 SF building built in 1978 and consists of (4) single-wide trailers joined together. The building was previously used as administrative office space and later storage for seeds in bags. It also contains restroom facilities. All interior components--including but not limited to walls, ceilings, flooring, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) fixtures, casework, restroom fixtures, and any remaining contents--shall be fully demolished, removed from the location, and disposed of in a proper, legal manner.
