Restoration of four shipping containers (Conex) at the Vigilant Warrior Compound. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel , supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and services to perform complete restoration and repair of the 30 Conex containers. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Assess and replace all deteriorated wood framing, flooring, and structural elements. All replaced flooring shall utilize 3/4" Marine-grade plywood and be treated/sealed with a non-slip sealer to prevent rot without creating a slip hazard . The intent is to provide slip resistant sealer to increase life of products and to handle high foot traffic and water exposure. Window and Door Frame Restoration Replace all existing windows across all facilities with impact-resistant 3/16" to 1/4" Polycarbonate (Lexan) windows or equivalent with UV protection to withstand 650+ FPS airsoft rounds and simulated munitions. Restore all window and door frames to provide a complete weatherproof seal when closed. Replace all door locks and associated lock hardware across all units. Hardware must enable secure locking mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access and shall be keyed to operate under one (1) master key system. Materials used must resist corrosion and deterioration in outdoor environments.
