The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for the purchase of as needed services for Mill and Overlay Project for 22 Side Streets. Attention is called to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor & Industries under the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 149 , Sections 26 to 27G, inclusive. Mass DOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Pavement-Surfacing, for the project with an estimated value will be required.
