Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the expansion of the Northwest Water Reclamation Facility, including pre-construction and construction phase services. Provide the technical engineering, Phase I preconstruction, and Phase II construction services and guaranteed maximum price (GMP) to construct the Northwest WRF to a minimum increased treatment capacity of 6.0 MGD in accordance with the performance requirements, design and engineering requirements, project goals and objectives, functional programming, and other specific elements to be incorporated from the design engineer and input from the owner. The final treatment capacity will be determined by the ability to meet advanced wastewater treatment limits, limitations in hydraulic capacity, as well as treatment structures and redundancy requirements. Each treatment portion of the facility should be reviewed and evaluated for synergies and cost savings measures as the budget for the project is limited. This project will be delivered as a CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk).
